BIOAGRI - Diserbo Meccanico Interfilare
Nuovo modello di testata per il diserbo meccanico interfilare. La macchina consiste in un albero rotante disposto parallelo al terreno in fase di lavorazione e in una pluralità i filamenti flessibili di nylon, che per azione della forza centrifuga, si dispongono radialmente e intercettando l'erba ne consentono il taglio.
I filamenti sono realizzati in modo da consentire lo sfalcio dell'erba senza danneggiare il fusto.
Garantisce un' ottima efficacia di taglio per prolungati tempi di lavorazione, grazie ad un sistema di regolazione brevettato della lunghezza esterna dei filamenti flessibili.
Carter di copertura regolabile per proteggere dai residui di sfalcio proiettati dal taglio dell'erba. Fasi di utilizzo e di regolazione semplici ed agevoli.
E' disponibile in due versioni, la prima funziona tramite un telaio agganciato al sollevamento del trattore ed utilizza i distributori del trattore sia per far funzionare il motore idraulico della testata, sia per i cilindri di spostamento.
L'altra versione, invece, è un telaio dotato di impianto idraulico indipendente, con serbatoio olio, moltiplicatore, pompa e scambiatore di calore; tutti questi accessori funzionano in modo completamente indipendente.
Entrambe le versioni possono essere posizionate sia nella parte anteriore che posteriore del trattore e possono venire accessoriate con distributori elettroidraulici o manuali, oppure cilindri idraulici per permettere i movimenti.
