Meat is a poison anyway, any meat even leanest / grass fed ( like kangaroo) rises inflamation in the human body (plus it has hormons, antibiotics, raises igf1, raises insulin higher than sugar, contains nasty saturated fat etc...)

A5 meat is a good choice in a shokugeki! just make sure you don't use garlic rice in the donburi, otherwise the flavours clash!!
