"Capra Jonica" is an endemic species of Salento particularly spread in the area from Salve passing all over marshers up to Taranto side,
developed there whithin thousands of years. It's a very particular goat because into the marshland it has the need to hear any possible assaulter and develops a special auditory system. Its ear looks like a nike mark.
