I love being part of the Mormon church
-
I'm a Mormon and thus also a Christian. I don't think that I would have ever been a "bad" person, but I know that I am a much better person because of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and so I'm very grateful to have it in my life.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mormons who have taken much time to help me understand the the truth of the Mormon faith. This is why I am watching this movie. I have been invited to be baptized on December the 24th.....wow, I'm trying very hard to seek out the truth. I am also standing on Faith, that God will guide my heart and help me make this decision. prayers please

Great movie! Definitely made me cry. I am not LDS, but I love the faith and selflessness of Mormon's.
-
Good movie , very interesting , I am not Lds , but I sure learnt a lot about their religion. This video cleared up the misconceptions that are floating around about Mormons. :)

I know that this church is true from the Holy Spirit that I feel. This Jesus Christ has helped me get back on the correct track. Heaven is open to everyone that prays to the Father to find the one path, the one track, the one safe place, in a fine narrow standard of returning back home. Back to our heavenly home.

This movie is amazing, I use to have a hard time being LDS because I was raised buddhist]. as a 13 year old I received missionary lessons and felt the spirit to be so strong with me and got baptized. My mother, support me on my decision at a young age, but she and my family and my stepfather never joined. My step father gave my mother the hardest time about me going to church. I was blessed in my teenage years to have the gospel in my life, I was protected, I was loved, I never felt alone like I did before joining the church.. I was born in Cambodia during Civil war and my father was killed by the communist when I was 1 years old. although I did not know him, I missed him I felt very lonely wandering if there was a God, and felt abandoned because I was fatherless. Being baptized changed my life, The holy ghost was there for me and I love knowing the plan of salvation to be true, I know I was going to be reunited with my father someday.
I left the church at 17 years old because it got harder with my family and I felt confused and lost. I knew God existed but I started questioning religion. I decided I was spiritual and not religious. I was a good person, did the right things but I lost site of my heavily father. I was inactive for 20 years, living my life as a spiritual person, going through many trials and hard times. I never got married, but had a child out of wedlock. I felt ashamed and unworthy to return back to church. I lived in Los Angeles for 6 years, the LA temple was 3 miles from my house but I chose not to even step on the grounds. I ran into missionaries on the street and would tell them I was inactive and they tried to bring me back to church, but I did not even try, the shame and guilt was so deep that I just didn't want to bother with it.
As of 1 year and 6 months ago, my 8 year old Autistic son and I visited a park in our neighborhood and that day was special because we had spotted some sister missionaries, but we didn't talk to them. We actually left the park after 30 minutes, when I got to my apartment, my son had left his toy a size of a pinky in the playground full of wood chips and because of his condition he was adamant about going back to the part to find it, I told him it was getting dark and we can't go back, he would not stop screaming so we went back to the park and searched for this tiny toy among the wood chips and by the grace of God, we found it. I got excited, the Sister missionaries got excited with us and at the moment I remembered that familiar love that they shared with us. So I told my son to say Thank you to the sisters and we walked off to our car, Sister ran to my car and asked how I knew they were sisters, I said to them I was an inactive member. Sister was so excited and gave me a hug and asked him she can send missionaries to my home. That moment changed my life forever. The lord knew it was time for me to return back. I currently serve as a primary secretary, I got my temple recommend and my testimony of Jesus Christ is solid and through his example I have been an example to my friends, neighbors, coworkers, these people have seen the transformation in my life, they have witness the blessings that have come into my life. I love sharing the gospel. I love being Mormon and belonging to the true church of Christ.
Sorry for the long explanation, but the spirit is prompting me to share.
