The book is called "Who Goes There".

Thanks for posting this video. I loved the Lensmen series, and have strongly urged other sci-fi fans to see what E.E. Smith created. Sure, it's old and some of its "high technology" seems odd to us, but his imagination was as great as anyone's, and his writing style very readable and often humorous. The voice is OK, though not the best I've heard.

Probebly quite a great listen, but the voice is probebly the most annoying voice i've ever listened to for past 7 years.
